Housing at One College
ABOUT ONE COLLEGE HOUSING
We are excited for the opportunity to provide housing options for our One College students. We are partnering with Cypress Creek Apartments in Royse City, Texas where our students will live in 3 bedroom apartments.
Each unit will house 2 students per bedroom and will have an approved Resident Assistant living at the apartment. All utilities are included in the price.

What is included in the dorms?
- Twin bed, mattress, and night stand per student
- Kitchen Dining Table and Items such as:
- Dishes
- Utensils
- Pots and Pan
- Coffee Maker
- Toaster Oven
- Living room furniture and coffee tables
What should you bring?
- Towels and sheets
- Pillow and comforter
- Shower Caddy
- Bathroom supplies
- Hangers
- Laundry basket and laundry items
- Command strips and hooks for decor
- TV (optional)
- Any other personal items needed
Housing Terms
9 Month Housing Term
- Total cost for 9 month housing term:
- $5,875 (can be divided into 9 equal payments)
Deposit of $675 is due at time of application. Deposit will be used as the last month’s rent and the application fee of $25
Yearly Housing Term
- Total cost for 12 month housing term:
- $5,475 (can be divided into 12 equal payments)
Deposit of $475 is due at time of application. Deposit will be used as the last month’s rent and the application fee of $25.
